YoGa and Wellness
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, guiding me both on and off the mat. I became a certified yoga teacher in India with the Art of Living, and it’s been my daily practice ever since. Filming people immersed in the present moment—in meditation, in a graceful yoga flow—is pure joy for me.
